day 5

friday

we went to rams head. total meaty count: 4 bros.

abs with a medicine ball.
shrugs. bench presses. triceps
more arms with free weights.

then at 5pm trainer said "alright get your stuff. we're going to the track"

sprints

I just finished my naked dance party. there were some unexpected guests! As soon as Ricky Martin came on I saw it.... two cum gutters peaking out just above my hips. hey guys! welcome back.

Cleanse Day 1

Cleanse of Death

Day 1: Fruit. 80oz of water

There isn't really a schedule of when to eat. Like there's no breakfast, then lunch, then dinner.

Watermelon about 9am. Black Coffee about 9:30. Grapes about 11am. Strawberries and more grapes about 12:30. Watermelon at 1:15. Cooked Tomatoes at 2:45. Grapes at 4:30. Cooked Apples at 6pm.  Watermelon at 8pm. Then bed.

Total water intake: 80oz
I cheated and put butter on my cooked apples. and not just a little butter. like 5 tbsp. I'm not sorry, at all.

day four

thursday:
ab stuff. arm stuff. biceps still throbbing.
then at 4pm trainer said "alright we're done here. Let's go do stadiums"

......

do you know how hot it was at 4pm? 84
do you know where the clouds were at 4pm? me neither

i left with allergies.
napped my night away.
then of course went out and i don't remember what i ate but it was alot.

Off-day 1

i couldn't lift my arm to turn off my alarm this morning.


breakfast: half a banana. I got talked into trying some herbal tea that subdues the sweet taste receptors on your tongue. Afterwards my banana tasted like my grandma pre-chewed cold steak and fed it to me. 


lunch: so i talked to Sonya for 30 minutes and she tried to talk me into getting a grilled chicken salad from McAllisters. On my way there i got really flustered because my arms were cramping from holding the phone thanks to too many pull-ups on Tuesday and somehow I managed to flash my left buttcheck to all of Franklin. So I hung up on her and went to Artichoke Pizza.


Each painful attempt to lift a forbidden fry to my mouth had me feeling a little guilty, so I went for two and three at a time.


Just for future reference, don't watch anything like Gossip Girl or PLL while cheating on your diet. Those heauxes are too skinny. The Office works well, especially episodes with Pam post-pregnancy.


dinner: A big gulp of humidity on North Street. and a White Wine Spritzer.

day three?

these are going to be short bc of how bitter i am.

sunday: bought a pack of oreos. the big pack. double stuffed. ate them all. technically it was like 2/3 of the packed because i only eat the side of the cookie with the cream on it. I SWEAR IF YOU TELL ME HOW MANY COOKIES ARE IN A PACK I WILL KILL YOU ignorance is bliss

monday: so you know how i sift the chocolate chips out of my bags of cookie mix? I had a bag of those chips in the cabinet. so i melted them. then took the creamless cookie halves from the oreo pack and dipped them in it. then later i made a turkey sandwich

TODAY!: banana. cereal w/ milk. turkey and cheese sandwich. nap. WENT TO THE FREAKING GYM. i couldn't tell you what we did because i was in such a sour mood. some ab stuff. some lunges. some biceps, triceps, those scary machines downstairs at the src, i gave the finger, then did 15 minutes on the elliptical. left early with the excuse "i have to go to shiki"

oh yeah.... that "we" is me and a "traiinnnnneerrr" whaT??!?!?!

NOW: i'm in bed with a white wine spritzer.

the good and bad

Lisa-

I am in Charlotte for the long weekend and decided to go to the gym with joe today. It opened at 1 and I was dreading going because Joe had to run 7 miles for his half-marathon training and I knew he was going to try to make me run just a little. I did my workout that I learned from the trainer the other day and then went upstairs to meet Joe on the track. He pushed me to run 3 miles and it actually felt good...I just hope I don't feel bad in the morning.

Bad news is when we left, Joe couldn't find his phone (which was in his locker under his sweatshirt)...meaning someone stole it. Now I have no way to communicate with my boyfriend until we figure out what to do- makes me hate the gym just a little now.

so we're a little slack

Lisa-

Ive been to the gym twice since school started and both were pretty pointless trips. I tried to run a mile on the treadmill- i HATE running on treadmills- and it took me ten minutes to run one so needless to say I gave up right on the spot. But if i want to train for a half marathon I kind of have to try and care just a little bit.

Tonight I had my personal training session at the gym. I am sore all over and hope that I can keep up the workout she made for me. Ive been trying to eat okay but Camel and I just got back from shiki but I see it as a post-workout reward.

We're going to start posting for real soon so be ready to work outttt.
