After looking for a parking spot for 15 minutes...

Gym: 930-1020am.
20 minute stationary bike
10 minute rower
6 laps on track
30 bicep curls
25 regular crunches
25 hanging crunches
25 crunches-legs flat
25 crunches-legs half bent
25 tricep reps


Lunch: 1130am. 
Chicken Tetrazini
half a roll


Dinner: 645pm.
SHIKIIIIII!!!!


now Im currently on the lookout for a good gym membership...suggestions are welcome.
